Im getting less and less time to work on the mini as im busy writing a bachelor degree which has to be finished by christmas, nevertheless we had another weekend on the mini and we are getting closer to finish replacing panels.

The spotwelder makes a nice and smooth surfaces with little work to be done afterwards, but there is still some places it cant reach, so have to be finished off with the mig.

Both sides are now done, going on to the triangular pieces.

Inner piece

Prepped before outer piece

Finished job. The new wings will be fitted when i get a new heritage front.
Going on with the rear quarters which is a really bad fit

A week ago i accidently bought my self a new toy:

A Yamaha FZ750 Genesis, in a rather bad shape. Fixed a hole ind the exhaust and is currently removing paint. its has been spraypainted flat black with the stickers still underneath. it can be removed with petrol, it takes a while to do, but the beautiful original paint is still underneath.
