Got Fuel, Got Spark But Engine Won't Start

Ok lads thanks for everything so things done this weekend are:

Borrowed strob light check timing
Checked carb on,off,on car
Checked oil in carb
Checked dissy on,off,on car
Checked vacuum
Checked spark plugs
Checked valve gap
Kicked car hurt toe
Went to pub

Pushed car to local garage this morning
Had a brew feeling happy that its not my problem no more

Thanks again for all the advice and support no doubt ill be back as ive just started getting intrested im the Metro turbo engine and thinking of this winter coming and next year

Just to close this off, I went with the 'GO BIG OR GO HOME' approach to this problem,
I bought new everything coil, leads, dissy and checked the front wiring loom.
Carburetor came off fully clean and new internal bits.
And now it's running like a dream
Still don't know where the problem was but it must of been in this lot somewhere lol
Thanks again for all your help and advice and I've learnt a lot on the way
