Cut off the OSR valence, ready to fit a new one.

Cut out a small section which needs new metal in next to the door step, so thats the job for the weekend. make a new panel and joggle the edges to make flush for welding.

ordered a portable work light and some extension cables for the workshop. getting sick of not having low down light when working underneath or welding in a corner etc.

Plan to get some shelving fitted etc and make things abit more practical and easier to use. running 3 devices off one plug aint ideal...swapping between welder, grinder and power file.

Forgot to say, got the OSR valence welded in.
The repair section done and ground back and redid some poor welds, then seam sealed while i do the next part.

friends plasma cutter is working again, so gunna use that to cut out the arch and weld in a nice repair section.

Got a contract with energas, theres monthly charge but the bottle is twice the size of the ones supplied by Hobbyweld and adams gas i believe.

£5 a month i think and £30 ish for a refill. Ive had my current bottle about 9 or 10months and used it on numerous stuff including practicing, when i may have had my gas set too high.
