Forgot to update this,

had to make some changes to the interior mirror and bond the plastic back together, hopefully thats sorted out the viewing angle.

Ive also ordered a bonnet badge insert from roofless as per below

Finally got around to fitting the front 'minitastic' coil springs, hi lows, new knuckles and top arm grease nipples.
Also fitted gaz adjustable lowered shockers.

Just need it to settle and then I can adjust the height and shockers.

Fed wiring for interior mirror lights through roof lining and down the A pillar ready for wiring in permanently.
Temp wired upto a battery and fitted with 501 led bulbs....heres a pic for show

Bought a tube of mirror bonding stuff to bond the slug to the windscreen and get the interior mirror in place. Needs wiring in but that can wait until dash is next out.

Just bought a set of wind deflectors i think they can be a nice touch.

also got a top arm rebound buffer/bump stop coming as the N/S one was non existant, noticed when removing top arm to change over to springs.

Winter work unfinished, but its back on the road.

Sold by peugeot 206 and only have mini left to drive, so its out again....

Had to free off the wiper motor, which had gone rusty inside, condensation in it prehaps? anyway its working fine.

advanced the timing by hear and adjusted the mixture and seems to be going ok. Rolling road soon i think, get it correctly set up.

Thinking of getting it booked in for a rolling road tune, im sure the fueling is all over and the dizzy needs attention.

Just sending updated photos away for this years agreed valuation. Tax it at the post office during the week.

Needs machine polish, then badge / stripes fitting.

Trimmed front wings today as tyres were touching on hard cornering.

 

refitted front arches using a different arch to body seal, as the crap that came with arches as fallen apart.

 

Gave it a quick wash, set the tappets.

 

Hopefully get it machined polished tomorrow and get my bonnet stripes/badge fitted.

finally flatted back the bonnet and machine polished. Didnt get chance to do rest of car due to weather.

Fitted towball and wired up the electrics. Need to get the trailer tent out next to try them....
