thanks guys! 

 

now it sit and think about it i can see where i went wrong!

 

will the a frame be okay as they are with the castors or will i need two legs for more stability? 

 

it needs to be movable but can just get extra caster thats no worries

I just went with good old wood.  Rotated beautifully/  I did add safety strap and adjustable locking at the pivot points
